yy7773 Terms & Conditions — Rules Governing Your Account and Play

1. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

• "yy7773," "we," "us," "our" refers to the operator of yy7773.cam and all associated services, platforms, and applications.
• "Player," "you," "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the yy7773 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" refers to the registered user profile created by a Player on the yy7773 platform.

• "Real Money Balance" refers to actual deposited funds or verified winnings held in a Player's Account wallet.
• "KYC" refers to Know Your Customer procedures required by yy7773 for identity and age verification purposes.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 To register and maintain an Account on yy7773, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age, as required by PAGCOR and applicable Philippine gaming law;
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, trust, partnership, or other legal entity;
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law;
• You are not an employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of any person employed by yy7773 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or licensing partners;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of any third party;
• You are not subject to any self-exclusion order, gambling block, or restriction imposed by any gambling regulatory authority;
• You are of sound mind and acting voluntarily without duress.

2.2 Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on yy7773. The creation of duplicate or multiple Accounts is strictly prohibited and will result in the permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

2.3 When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid Philippine mobile number. Providing false or misleading registration information is grounds for immediate Account termination.

2.4 yy7773 reserves the right to require document-based KYC verification at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal. Accepted documents include a valid Philippine passport, SSS ID, PhilSys national ID, driver's license, or PRC ID. Failure to complete KYC within the specified timeframe may result in Account suspension.

3. Account Management

3.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your yy7773 login credentials, including your mobile number, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. yy7773 shall not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login information.

3.2 You must notify yy7773 support immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been compromised or accessed without your authorization. yy7773 may temporarily suspend your Account pending investigation of any reported unauthorized access.

3.3 yy7773 reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at its sole discretion where it reasonably believes that the Account is being used for fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited purposes, or where the Account holder no longer satisfies the eligibility criteria set out in Section 2.

3.4 Players are responsible for ensuring that their Account details — including mobile number, payment method information, and personal details — remain accurate and up to date. Changes must be submitted through the Account settings panel and may require re-verification.

4. Deposits & Payments

4.1 yy7773 accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method.

4.2 All deposits must be funded from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits made using payment methods belonging to a third party — including a spouse, family member, or friend — are prohibited and may result in Account suspension and forfeiture of funds pending investigation.

4.3 yy7773 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which yy7773 accepts no liability. Players are advised to confirm fees with their payment provider prior to depositing.

4.4 Deposited funds are credited to your yy7773 Account wallet in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits in other currencies may be subject to conversion at the applicable exchange rate at the time of transaction, without prior notice.

4.5 In compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) requirements, yy7773 may request documentation of the source of funds deposited into your Account. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation may result in Account restriction.

5. Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal requests may be submitted at any time through the yy7773 Account cashier. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200 for GCash and Maya. yy7773 targets processing of verified withdrawal requests within five (5) minutes; however, processing times may vary depending on the payment method and KYC status of the Account.

5.2 Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in the same name as the yy7773 Account holder. yy7773 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.

5.3 yy7773 reserves the right to perform enhanced verification checks prior to processing any withdrawal above a specified threshold. Such checks may include requests for government-issued ID, proof of address, or proof of payment method ownership.

5.4 Bonus Funds are not withdrawable until all applicable wagering requirements have been met. Any attempt to withdraw funds that have not completed the required wagering rollover will result in forfeiture of the associated Bonus Funds.

5.5 yy7773 reserves the right to withhold or reverse any withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by yy7773 are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms & Conditions, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion only.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated, all Bonus Funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement of 35x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be requested. Wagering requirements must be satisfied within the validity period specified for each bonus.

6.3 Only one welcome bonus is available per Player, per household, per device, per IP address, and per payment method. Players found to be circumventing this restriction through the creation of multiple Accounts will have all associated Accounts terminated and balances forfeited.

6.4 yy7773 reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6.5 Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value prior to satisfying applicable wagering requirements. yy7773 reserves the right to remove bonus balances and associated winnings from any Account where it determines that bonus abuse has occurred.

7. Gameplay Rules

7.1 All games available on the yy7773 Platform are operated by licensed third-party providers. Game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or, in the case of live dealer games, by actual physical game processes conducted by trained dealers. yy7773 does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.2 In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during gameplay, yy7773 will endeavor to resolve the situation fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed or its integrity verified, the wager for that round may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's Account.

7.3 Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. yy7773 reserves the right to impose additional individual bet limits on any Account without prior notice.

7.4 Sportsbook bets placed on the yy7773 Platform are subject to separate sports betting rules published on the Platform. In the event of a dispute regarding a sports betting outcome, yy7773's decision, following internal review, shall be final and binding.

8. Prohibited Conduct

8.1 The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the yy7773 Platform and will result in immediate Account suspension, permanent termination, and forfeiture of all balances:

• Creating more than one Account;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration or KYC information;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal activity;
• Exploiting software errors, game glitches, or payment processing errors for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate deposit transaction with your payment provider;
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited;
• Facilitating or allowing access to your Account by any third party, including for purposes of placing wagers on your behalf.

8.2 yy7773 employs fraud detection and monitoring systems that operate continuously. Any Account identified as engaging in prohibited conduct may be suspended immediately and without prior notice pending investigation.

9. Responsible Gaming

9.1 yy7773 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. Gambling involves financial risk, and players should only wager amounts they can afford to lose. Players must be 21 years of age or older to use yy7773.

10. Intellectual Property

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the yy7773 Platform solely for personal and non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the express prior written consent of yy7773.

11. Limitation of Liability

11.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, yy7773 shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

11.2 yy7773 makes no warranty that the Platform will be available uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. yy7773 shall not be liable for any technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss arising from circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including force majeure events, telecommunications failures, or third-party service provider outages.

11.3 In no event shall yy7773's aggregate liability to any Player exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Privacy & Data

12.1 yy7773 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions. By creating an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the yy7773 Privacy Policy.

12.2 yy7773 may be required to disclose personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable Philippine law or PAGCOR regulations. Such disclosures will be made in accordance with applicable legal requirements.

13. Termination

13.1 You may close your yy7773 Account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Upon closure, any Real Money Balance remaining in your Account will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and provided no prohibited conduct investigation is pending.

13.2 yy7773 may suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of a breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, regulatory requirement, or for any other reason at its sole discretion. Upon termination for cause, yy7773 reserves the right to withhold any Bonus Funds and associated winnings.

14. Amendments to These Terms

15. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

15.1 These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

15.2 In the event of a dispute regarding any game outcome, transaction, or Account action, Players must first contact yy7773 support and allow yy7773 a reasonable opportunity to resolve the matter internally. yy7773 will endeavor to respond to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.

15.3 Any dispute that cannot be resolved through yy7773's internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines. Players expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of Philippine courts for the resolution of any dispute arising from these Terms or the use of the yy7773 Platform.
